Using the Customer Tab to select Loyalty Members on EPOS Now

This article will show you how to award points to your customer directly from the Customer tabl on the EPOS Now front till. Using this method there is no need for you to scan the customers Loyalty Pass or to enter any details into the LoyaltyDog screen on your EPOS Now terminal.

Step 1

Enter the items that the customer wants to purchase on the Front Till as normal.

Step 2

If a customer is a member of Loyalty Program, search and elect from the customer list.

Step 3

Press Pay to end the transaction as normal.

A message is sent to the Loyalty Pass on the cussmartphone to show that they have received points.
