This article will show you how to redeem a reward using the Customer Tab on the Front Till on your EPOS Now device. When using this method there is no need to use your 2D scanner to scan the customers Loyalty Pass on their smartphone.  


Step 1 

Enter items onto the till and press Customer Tab 

 

 

Step 2 

Search for and Select the Customer who is a member of the Loyalty Program 

 


Step 3 

1 See that the customer has been selected and is on the Front Till. 

2 Press on the LoyaltyDog Icon  

 

 

Step 4a. 

1 The customer details will appear in the search box – no need to input information or scan the Loyalty Pass 

2 If necessary, Scroll down. 

 


Step 4b. 

1 Select the Reward the customer wants to use and press on Use it will then present you with a button in red that says Do Not Use.

2 Press Ok to return to the Front Till 

 

 

Step 5 

1 Check that the reward appears on the Front Till 

2 Press Pay and complete the transaction in the normal way. 

 


The Customer receives a notification of the redeemed reward.
