This article will show you how to redeem an offer for a customer using the Loyalty Dog Icon that is placed on the Front Till alongside the transaction buttons.  In step 2 you can either use a 2D QR Code scanner to scan the QR Code that is on the customers Loyalty Pass on their Smartphone, or you can enter the customers email or cell number into the text field on the screen.  Remember if you are using the cell number add the international dialing code that the customer will have used when he signed up.



Step 1 


Add items to the till and press the LoyaltyDog Icon. 

 

 

Step 2 

1 Scan the Customer Loyalty Pass or enter customer email or cell number (If entering cell number add the intl dialling code) 

Then, if necessary, scroll down when the customer information appears on screen. 

 

 

Step 3  

1 Choose the Reward for the Customer by pressing use on the screen (the chosen reward then presents a button that says do not use)

2 Press OK to return to the Front Till. 

 

 

Step 4  

1 Note that the discount appears on the front till

2 Complete the transaction as normal. 

 

 

 

Customer Receives a notification that offer has been redeemed.
