Awarding Points to your Customer with EPOS Now

This article shows you how to award points to your customer after they have purchased items at your till.


Step 1

Enter the items that the customer wants to purchase on the Front Till as normal.   

Ask the customer if they are a member of the Loyalty Program, if they are then. 

click/press on the LoyaltyDog Icon on the till.

Step 2 

1 Scan the customers Loyalty Pass or enter the customers’ email or cell number (if entering a cell number place the international dial code first) 

2 Press OK (or Confirm) to return to the Front Till. 

 


 

Step 3 

Press Pay to end the transaction as normal.

A message will be sent to the Customers smartphone to show that they have received points.
