If you change phones for any reason (lost, stolen, upgrade, etc) - you can easily recover your loyalty card.
Just follow the instructions below and a recovery link will be sent to you by our support team:
- You need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the business. Names of businesses are sometimes ambiguous and we might have multiple businesses on our programs with similar names ("Bob's Tavern", "Bob's Pub" and "Bob's Bar & Grill") - best to also provide an address of the business, website of the business or Facebook page of the business just to be sure.
- Our support team will then email you a personalized link directly to your loyalty card. Rest assured that all your points earned will still be completely in tact.
