This article shows you the steps that you need to take at the till to award points to your customers for their purchases. This article shows you how to do that using the LoyaltyDog Icon that is placed on your till tray in the transactions area.
Step 1
Enter the items that the customer wants to purchase on the Front Till as normal.
Ask the customer if they are a member of the Loyalty Program, if they are then.
click/press on the LoyaltyDog Icon on the till.
Step 2
1 Scan the customers Loyalty Pass or enter the customers’ email or cell number (if entering a cell number place the international dial code first)
2 Press OK to return to the Front Till.
Step 3
Press Pay to end the transaction as normal.
A message will be sent to the Customers smartphone to show that they have received points.
