Why would a customer even lose a pass? There are many reasons:
- He upgraded his phone
- He lost his phone or it was stolen (or even broke completely)
- He accidentally deleted it from his wallet
- Android: He accidentally deleted the wallet program
A customer could email support@loyalty.dog to request a recovery of a loyalty card. But even the sales rep or business owner/manager could do this from the manager's portal.
